Entrepreneurship is something I grew up around.
I spent my childhood working in my grandparents' businesses. Roadtrips with Adair's Wholesale, stopping at stores along the way to sell our wares. Later, stocking shelves and counting back change at Adair's V&S, and occasionally being the feature in the window display.
As a teenager, my parents ran a family business. The conversation at the dinner table was always business. I watched packaging samples come home from Berisford Box. I saw how much a website update cost, taught myself HTML, and started doing it myself. They paid less. I got paid. It worked for everyone.
That's where my understanding of business comes from. And it's where Adair Marketing came from.

I started this business because I understand the overwhelming feeling of wearing every hat at once and still feeling like marketing is the thing you're always behind on. Working with founders and independent business owners to make marketing easy to understand and achievable fills my bucket.
I also see that independent business owners are often left with Inboxes full of scare tactics. Senior marketing strategy feels out of reach or reserved for clients with big budgets. Fractional marketing is a perfect solution to that gap - making marketing more accessible to businesses with varying resources.

I spent over a decade inside Canadian hearing healthcare, working alongside clinicians in small towns and big cities, building marketing strategies that actually fit their world. Then I went corporate, leading go-to-market for five hearing instrument brands. Product launches, customer events, sales training. The whole thing.
I've also worked with startups, sitting with brilliant founders, figuring out the gaps, and building marketing that holds up. I've launched more brands and strengthened more funnels than I can count. And yes, I actually dream about tradeshows. I'm choosing to see that as a feature.
